What ppm should my sanitizer be in the sink?
200-400 ppm is where it should be to properly sanitize.
What is a silverware presoak?
Silverware Presoak is an alkaline detergent used to remove food and tarnish from silverware to make it easier to clean in an automatic dishwasher. Brody Chemical has both liquid and compound products for silverware presoaking.
What is a dishmachine descaler?
Dishmachine Descaler is a phosphoric acid based product that will remove the hard water, lime scale and calcium build up. Brody Chemical has a super concentrated product called Dishmachine Descaler that is fast and effective to use.
How to eliminate spots from my glasses?
